- For room: cancellation less than 07 days prior to the arrival date of the hotel, BB Sapa Resort & Spa reserves the right to impose one night room charge for all rooms required. Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date or no show = full charge from all rooms required. 

- For Tour/Excursion or Car Rental or Shuttle bus (transfer) Reservation: cancellation less  than 04 days prior to the arrival date of the hotel, BB Sapa Resort & Spa reserves the right to impose a 50% charge for all tour/excursions required. Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date or no show = full charge will be applied.

- Guaranteed policy: In order to have this booking guaranteed, you are invited to provide your credit card details (type of credit card, credit card number, cardholder name and expiry date) within 48 hours after the confirmed date. Otherwise, we will consider that you no longer want to keep the booking and will release the room as well as all confirmed services automatically.
